Do I need a permit for my new shed?
It Depends. We tell all customers to check with their local municipalities on their specific requirements for portable sheds. Sometimes communities have specific requirements based on lot size and property lines. Others just place whatever size and style shed they choose on their property since they own it, and don't want to be told what they can put on their own property.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have a 36 or 48 month rent-to-own plan with no credit check required. 1st month down and no security deposit to get your shed delivered and setup.
Can I customize my shed?
Absolutely! Choose your Sherwin-Williams colors, modifications, door and window placement, and add-ons to make it your own. we have a variety of door, dormer, and transom window options to let all that natural light in your new shed.
Is delivery included?
Yes, we provide free delivery and professional setup within 50 miles of a dealer. Our company Dura-built use a hand mule (kinda like a forklift) to place your shed in your exact location. The delivery team is super experienced, so a tight space is no problem.
Are sheds Amish built?
Yes, every shed is 100% Amish built and assembled with care. Our 2 Ohio factories are located right in the heart of Holmes County Ohio. Our shed builders hand craft your shed in Millersburg or Martinsburg, Ohio homestead factories using the finest Amish craftsmanship and traditional construction style.
Can I buy directly from your lot?
Definitely! You can pick from our lot or place a custom order tailored to your needs. We keep a wide variety of sizes and styles on our large property for your viewing.
